Are you ready to kick-start your career in Business Administration? Equans, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, is looking for a dynamic Business Administration Trainee to join our esteemed Electrical & Communications team in Silverwater.

This entry-level role will see you working closely with our Electrical and Communications administration team receiving on-the-job training and being paid while you study a Certificate III in Business. You will work closely with the Administration Manager who will provide you with the essential guidance to build your administrative and business skills while providing you excellent exposure to our Electrical and Communications business.

**What you’ll be learning to do**:

- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Maintain customer service documentation.
- Checking technician time-sheets.
- Follow up on any outstanding work and invoices.
- Allocate work and schedule technicians.
- Work within customer portals to manage workflow.
- General administration duties such as:

- Invoicing (start to finish).
- Processing purchase orders.
- Ordering and management of inventory collection.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.

**What we offer**:
We will support your growth by facilitating the completion of a Certificate III in Business through TAFE. Your in-office work schedule will span Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with allocated time during business hours to focus on your TAFE studies.
