**About the role**
We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional high-quality administration and reception support to the regional Manufacturing and Logistics teams and National teams located at the Melbourne Processing Centre.
**A day as an Administration Officer will see you**:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers
- Undertake data entry, filing activities, coordinating travel bookings & fleet management along with reception duties.
- Utilize your excellent organisational skills to help prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, including creating agendas and taking minutes
- Support our staff & contractors & ensure compliance is up-to-date.
- Arrange catering for events and meetings
- Manage expenses, purchasing and invoicing etc.

- Experience working in a busy administration position supporting multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing and assisting with the coordination of meetings, including creating agendas, and taking minutes
- Ability to respond to competing and changing priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Professional written and verbal communication with a focus on attention to detail
- A keen collaborator with a strong sense of teamwork as you will be dealing with multiple departments and a range of administrative duties
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite(includes Outlook, Excel Word, PowerPoint & TEAMS)
This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Administration Team Leader. You will be based at our Processing centre in West Melbourne (about a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross train station) and will be required to work on-site throughout the week. This role will work Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:00 pm however there might be an occasional requirement to start at 7:00 am.
