**The Company**
Our client is a national logistics solutions business; established in West Melbourne. This role would see you work within a down to earth team who promote from within and really invest in their staff.
**The Role**
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Accounts & Office Administrator would be responsible for:
- Processing of Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
- Processing pays of subcontractors
- Reconciling invoices
- Assist with budgeting
- Data entry/ maintenance of the database
- Ad-hoc administration as required
- Onboarding/compliance
- Liaising with different departments as required
**About you**
You are detail-orientated with the ability to work autonomously and in a team. You have strong communication skills (written and verbal), are systems savvy and able to work to deadlines. You are switched on and are motivated in your role.
**Skills & Experience**
- Finance/Accounting qualification or experience is highly desired
- Strong system knowledge and experience
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to timelines
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
