**Blue Star Homecare** is looking for a flexible and vibrant person to join a leading healthcare service provider in the NDIS space located in Sunshine West.
You will play a fundamental role in providing support to the team, clients, and their families. You will ensure that the clients and visitors are greeted, as well as being responsible for a wide range of duties including front-of-house reception, office plus administration.
If you're polite, friendly, can take initiative and have a fantastic 'can do' attitude along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - this is the perfect opportunity for you
**The role**
- Administration duties, within the NDIS sector including office support, offer letters etc.
- Preparing and managing roster/worker allocation.
- Communicating with clients and their representatives.
- Carrying out compliance checks on support workers.
- Facilitating NDIS compliance audits.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1+yrs experience in a similar role in admin or as a support worker
- Familiar with health care lingo.
- Excellent time management & communication skills.
- Good computer skills including driving the current system plus MS office
