Sydney, Australia UpGuard Full time

**Who are we?**
- UpGuard’s mission is to protect the world’s data. We obsessively seek out elegant, robust ways to enable our customers to find, acknowledge, and remediate cyber risk. With UpGuard, organizations leverage our security expertise and software to automate what was once laborious, spreadsheet-driven processes-whether it's monitoring the attack surface of hundreds of vendors or assessing the security of their own infrastructure. UpGuard is used by some of the world’s largest, fastest-growing, and most innovative companies.

Our People team consists of Talent Acquisition and Team Member Experience. At UpGuard, we all deserve to work in an environment where we are treated with dignity and respect. Our People team is committed to creating such an environment, where everyone has the opportunity to be themselves and reach their fullest potential. Our Talent Acquisition team is committed to finding individuals who embody our values and are passionate about the work they do to help UpGuard continue to grow. Our TMX team provides structure for UpGuard, maximizing employee productivity and protecting the company from any issues that may arise within the workforce. TMX responsibilities include people management, employee benefits and wellness, and developing competencies that enhance individual and organizational performance.

**Where does this role fit in?**
- As an Organizational Development Partner at UpGuard, you will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to develop, drive, and implement key people programs, interventions, and HR strategies that positively impact the success of our people, while enabling the achievement of our strategic objectives, and further enhancing our award-winning and much loved culture.

Reporting to the VP, People, you’ll join an awesome (and expanding) People Experience team, on our mission to deliver a work-class experience for our people. Like us, you’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, supporting each other to get things done, and working at pace. You prefer collaboration over isolation and can demonstrate a strong track record of delivering change management and organizational transformation programs, and building and sustaining high team member engagement through aligning your work to the goals, mission, values, and culture of the teams and companies you’ve supported during your career.
- While this role is based in Sydney (hybrid), you will influence at a global level, collaborating with stakeholders across 10 countries to deliver activities and programs that are both scalable and address the diverse audience and needs, along with the objectives of the business.

**What will you do?**:

- Craft and implement organization development strategies tailored to UpGuard's strategic plan and objectives, our business and functional OKRs and which preserve our much-loved culture as we scale
- Lead the OD process in establishing needs and priorities, designing and implementing both strategic and tactical initiatives that fit with who we are and enable us to get where we want to be
- Lead regular competency-based reviews/planning to identify any individual or functional skills needs, and developing innovative learning interventions to meet these
- Partnering with the VP, People and business leaders, you’ll develop team, regional and company wide engagement strategies which address specific drivers that impact engagement
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational processes and structures, including process automation and the use of AI, engagement practices, and performance development systems, to ensure these are scalable
- Provide coaching and guidance on organizational development matters
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our org development practices by sharing best practices and innovative approaches

**What will you bring?**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least 4 years of experience in organizational development within a scaling global environment (SaaS highly preferred)
- Proficient in handling diverse projects within dynamic environments
- Experienced in managing stakeholders across all org levels, asynchronous communication, and comprehensive documentation
- In-depth knowledge of the latest organizational development theories, technologies, and best practices
- Strong expertise in change management, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail

**What will give you an edge?**:

- Experience in consulting and/or L&D
- Info Sec/Cybersecurity industry experience

**What's in it for you?**:

- ** Monthly Lifestyle subsidy**: use this for financial, physical and mental wellbeing (all regions)
- ** WFH set-up allowance**: to ensure you have the right environment to work in, we will help you get set-up within your first 3 months at UpGuard (all regions)
- ** $1500 US
