Key Responsibilities:

Your Expertise:

  • Strategic Vision: You excel in project management and human-centred design.
  • People Power: Your stakeholder engagement skills are exceptional, and you thrive in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Mind: Data-driven decisions are your specialty, and you deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in relevant roles, with a track record of delivering impactful talent management, development and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong experience within organisational development experience
  • Highly creative and innovative in your approach to designing programs
  • A history of making data-driven decisions that elevate performance and engagement

We Offer:

$200,000 package | Permanent role | Full-time
