**The position**:

- Prepare and maintain all warranty documents according to manufacturer's requirements
- Submitting warranty claims
- Warranty reconciliation & follow up on outstanding claims
- Maintaining all service and customer records as required
- Participate in on-the-job training and OEM training
- Representing the business with the highest level of professionalism
- General admin/ad hoc duties.
