You may have a background in construction, or you may be working in a customer service role that requires an analytical yet positive attitude

Reporting to the Area Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist customers regarding service and warranty related issues ensuring a seamless experience
- Monitoring the Service & Warranty inbox, ensuring all enquiries are followed up
- Scheduling of trades and suppliers including booking, confirmation and follow ups of Service and warranty tasks
- Investigating and information gathering relating to customer building contract enquiries
- Assist the Service & Warranty Team and with administration support and any adhoc requests

- Experience in a Customer Care role or similar and/or experience in a customer service-based or administration role
- A calm and experienced demeanour when dealing with sensitive client needs
- Trade background is an advantage
- Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Word
- A genuine customer care mindset
- Expertise in managing customer expectations
- Active listening skills and great communication style
- Problem solving and prevention strategies
- Strong administrative skills
- Technically competent in using databases and CRMs
- Highly organised and excellent time management

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.**
