Warranty Administrator

**The Role**
This role operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with dealerships and external assessors
- Technical point of reference for non technical claims staff
- Confirming repaiarer diagonsis including labour repair times, parts pricing and digital images.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an automotive industry
- Experience working with contact centre environment or similar role (favourable)
- Proficient in administration tasks
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and computer skills
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
