We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.
**About the role**:
We are seeking a Casual Warranty-Retail Assistant to join our team based at Somerton for an immediate start.
This role has a genuine possibility to go from Temp to Permanent Role.
**The key responsibilities of the role are**:
- Maintaining warranty database by ensureing all data is up to date
- Ensure ALL claim details are the responsibly of NRV
- Answer phones for Warranty, Sales and general Enquires
- Booking in customers in for service requirements
- Fill low stock items in the shop
- Straighten and tidy stock within the shop
- Serve customers that walk in the shop for enquiries, Sales, Book Customers in for service
- Take and process shop orders
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously when necessary
- High level of attention to detail
- Performance and outcome orientation
- Strong computer literacy - proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Sound statistical, analytical, and administrative skills
- An ability to multitask and problem solve.
