Warranty Administration Trainee, Mercedes-benz

Joining WPC Group and Mercedes-Benz Melbourne as a trainee in the warranty department is a unique chance to delve into the administrative side of the automotive world. This role not only provides hands-on experience in handling warranty-related tasks but also equips individuals with fundamental business skills crucial for a career in this dynamic industry.
**About the role**:
- Supporting our Workshop processing warranty claims for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians to resolve warranty-related issues.
**About you**:
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
