**About this role**:
Our client creates sound scaping solutions with architectural interior **Acoustic Products**, working across the education, residential, commercial and government sectors. They have a rich understanding of têxtile manufacturing, and expertise in the science of how unique acoustic products are created, allowing their products to be set apart. Due to huge growth they are looking for a **Sales Operations Manager **who will be responsible for improving and boosting revenue and key sales ratios through streamlining and optimizing the sales process.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Increase sales productivity by consistently reviewing, improving and simplifying the sales process.
- Create and build a sales team that maximizes efficiency, impact and performance
- Effectively manage and lead your team by identifying strengths, providing a blend of support, development and performance management that enables individuals to work at their best.
- Set individual and team KPI's
- Work alongside the marketing team to establish clear pipeline management using Salesforce
- Work closely with the Marketing Director on setting clear standards of MQL and SQL for leads and opportunities.
- Identify key opportunities for process improvement and leverage automation tools to improve sales cycle, deal closure and business scalability.
- Measure and evaluate sales data to determine the effectiveness of products and sales processes.
- Analyse past data and performance trends to forecast future sales.
- Clearly communicate and report on sales and campaign results, team news and sales wins.
**Skills & Experience**
- 10+ years in sales of interior products (preferred)
- Exposure to developing sales strategy for both B2B and B2C environments.
- Experience managing a state or national sales team.
- Well developed organisational and planning skills, with the ability to put structures in place.
- Being technically minded and able to problem solve on projects.
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce or Marketing (Preferred, but not essential)
