National Key Account Coordinator

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused National Key Account Coordinator to manage our portfolio of national key accounts. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our most important customers, providing superior service and support.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external customers
- Perform various data entry, integrity checks and analysis
- Identify and resolve queries to required timelines is crucial
- Maintain NKA contractual and administrative requirements including account set up, reporting Invoicing and servicing requirements
**What you'll need to be successful**:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close knit, collaborative team Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the MS Office suite in particular, MS Excel
