**ROLE**
Rare opportunity to use your strategic fundraising experience to drive performance and best practice fundraising for this globally recognised charity.

You get to lead and execute a growth strategy for their direct mail and established regular giving program, work on supporter retention and development, as well as donor acquisition and conversion and provide excellence in supporter engagement and service.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Innovation and managing a direct report (Bequest specialist), you will also oversee the development of the middle donor and bequest program to achieve financial sustainability for the organisation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide leadership in development and execution of acquisition and retention strategy working closely with Head of Fundraising and Digital Fundraising Manager
- Implement and optimise plan and budget for Individual Giving with a focus on Regular Giving and Direct Mail
- Oversee the development of bequest and middle donor program.
- Set, monitor, and report on targets across the IG program.
- Oversee design and copywriting in line with brand and positioning.
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of the appeals program across retention and acquisition.
- Provide key regular giving metrics, analysis of results and identification of trends.
- Optimise cross-channel retention and upgrade strategy to maximise regular giving income including donor stewardship plan.
- Effectively manage agency and supplier relationships.
- Ensure the smooth, accurate and timely running of all involved processes and reporting.
- Work closely with Head of Fundraising to develop program budgets and monitor performance.
- Keep up to date sector trends, best practise.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Passion for women’s rights and gender equality
- Proven success in managing regular giving and direct marketing program with previous team people management.
- Strategic thinking capability and ability to develop innovative and creative solutions.
- A high degree of initiative with proven ability to collaborate.
- Experience in managing a range of programs including direct mail appeals, regular giving.
- Strong team management experience and coaching staff, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal colleagues, external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, time management skills.
- Experience in data analysis for effective planning and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience working with data including targeting, segmentation, and testing
- Sound knowledge of and experience with Raiser’s Edge CRM.
- Demonstrated experience building effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction as well as self-manage and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience handling competing priorities whilst meeting deadlines and KPIs.
