**ROLE**
Unique opportunity for an Individual Retention Manager; responsible the delivery of the retention program. Managing one direct report, you will lead a multi-channel program across
**eDM, Direct Mail, digital **as well as their In
- Memorium program, managing relations with suppliers and agencies, training and providing exceptional service to their donors.

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving and Community Fundraising, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a conversion and retention strategy, managing budgets and achieving targets whilst analysing results and reporting against KPI’s.

The role is busy and varied and will suit a skilled fundraising professional, (ideally with several years’ experience in direct marketing retention) who enjoys working with initiative whilst being able to lead and drive outcomes and build on their previous success with ability to work in business partner environment.

With significant investment and support, the role will work closely with the Head of Individual Giving and Community Fundraising, the Individual Giving Acquisition Manager and Senior Individual Giving Coordinator to deliver key outcomes and meet targets.

You will work with the data team to generate reports, continually monitoring budgets and program performance in order to make recommendations to the Senior Leadership team. You will be developing and implementing a cross-channel retention and conversion strategy to maximise income including a donor stewardship plan and associated communications collateral.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Significant experience in developing multi-channel retention program in marketing and/or fundraising ideal with previous experience in fundraising highly regarded _but not essential._
- Sound understanding and knowledge of multi-channel retention techniques in a business partner environment
- Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to manage relationships with third party suppliers
- Demonstrated project/campaign management
- High level numeracy skills with experience of data driven decision making
- Experience in database use. Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experienced in monitoring ROI, budgets and forecasting.
- Comprehensive understanding of Privacy Regulations relating to confidential information and data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
