As the second leading cause of death in Australia, this national organisation provides information, education and services to over 400,000 Australians living with Dementia.

They advocate for positive chance AND support vital research into this devastating condition

**ROLE**
Newly created opportunity for an experienced
**Individual Giving/Regular Giving Coordinator**; responsible for the development and delivery of their established appeals program working across multiple channels including
**Direct Mail, Digital, eDM, Telemarketing and SMS.**
Reporting to the National Individual Giving Manager and working with their internal team and agencies, you get to take ownership of their appeals program, using data to drive growth and report on performance to inform on future campaigns.

The role is busy and varied and will suit a skilled fundraising professional, (ideally with a couple of years’ experience in direct marketing/regular giving) who enjoys working with data whilst being able to drive outcomes and build on their previous success. This is an opportunity to broaden your individual giving experience and work as 2IC to a highly experienced Individual Giving Manager who will welcome your ideas and support you in your role.

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- A few year’ experience in executing multi-channel appeals in direct marketing preferably with not-for-profit environment,
- Sound understanding and knowledge of multi-channel campaign/appeal delivery.
- Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to manage relationships with third party suppliers
- Demonstrated project/campaign management
- High level numeracy skills with experience of data driven decision making
- Experience in database use. Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
- Comprehensive understanding of Privacy Regulations relating to confidential information and data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
