We are seeking an experienced Individual Giving Coordinator to join a fantastic organisation that supports those struggling with homelessness, addiction, mental health, financial or domestic challenges.


Your Day to Day:

  • Manage existing and new direct marketing campaigns
  • Project manage the appeals program to ensure timelines for each campaign are executed on time and internal and external stakeholders are informed of deadlines.
  • Analyse, track, report, and measure campaign success
  • Manage external relationships with fundraising agencies/suppliers
  • Large focus on donor retention

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a notforprofit organisation
  • Experience in developing direct marketing campaigns from inception to implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in campaign management and demonstrated ability to manage various campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
