**About the Role**

Reporting to, and supported by the Head of Individual Giving, the Regular Giving Manager plays a pivotal role in the development of the organisations Regular Giving acquisition strategy and is responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of this strategy through channels such as Face to Face (F2F), Telemarketing (TM), and Digital.

This role will also assist in the strategic development of a refined Regular Giving supporter journey and will be responsible for the implementation, tracking, and evaluation of all retention activity.

The Regular Giving Manager will also develop and manage all Regular Giving marketing activity and will coach and mentor a Fundraising Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategy to significantly increase income for Individual Giving through the development of a plan for the acquisition of new donors for Regular Giving through channels that include F2F, TM and digital
- Build on a diversified, refined strategy to significantly increase number of active Regular Givers through a multi-channel approach, with an emphasis on F2F
- Manage close relationships and communication with all third-party suppliers that include fundraising agencies and mail houses, and monitor and report on all supplier activity and ensure best practice across the program
- Develop and implement the Regular Giving supporter journey to minimise attrition and deliver regular giving retention appeals and campaigns
- Monitor performance of all donor recruitment activities reporting to management and making recommendations for future investment
- Manage stakeholders and timelines for campaigns to ensure programs are executed on time and brand for each regular giving retention campaign
- Refine and optimise multi channel RG declines program to maximise RG retention rates
- Oversee Regular Giving income and expenditure budgets, producing financial reports, monitoring income, preparing forecasts and accounting for variations in income
- Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics such as attrition and channel ROI and make recommendations for future investment
- Develop innovative and best practice strategies, plans, and tactics across acquisition and retention to grow the program and identify new trends, tactics and channels being adopted across the industry for Regular Giving acquisition and retention
- Coach and mentor the Fundraising assistant to meet required goals and timelines
- Collaborate with all internal Marketing teams to ensure integration of all online and traditional components to support the Regular Giving program, and work closely with the wider fundraising team to ensure every fundraising opportunity is maximised

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven success and experience driving multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies across Regular Giving, to include a background in driving a face to face program
- Ability to manage strong relationships with suppliers, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to drive solutions and collaboration
- Strong budget management skills, excellent analytical reporting skills, and a data-driven mindset to capture information and drive improvement
- High-intermediate to advanced skillset using Excel to capture and interpret data and results
- [AP1]Excellent numeracy, budgeting, and presentation abilities
- Experience in end to end project management, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience across direct mail and digital not essential, but desired
- An interest in improving the future of vulnerable children, young people and families across Australia
