Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to sell and market road safety signs, supplies, and equipment.

This role would be ideal for someone who wants a mix of developing relationships with existing clients and finding new ones. It is an autonomous role where you decide to focus for the day week and month. Your effort and success will be well rewarded. Your stakeholders can include Mining, Civil Contractors, Traffic management companies and local councils, providing advice and guidance, ensuring all client needs are delivered to expectation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and win new business by engaging with new and existing customers and following up on inquiries
- Execute strategies, business plans, and promotional programs
- Management of a set geographic territory of customers - All Victoria
- Utilise systems, the CRM, leads and data to maximise opportunity(s) within the territory
- Update the GM on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results, wins, and engagements
- Be actively involved with various industry bodies by attending relevant events and conferences

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- High level of self-motivation and dedication
- Demonstrated sales experience, experience with councils/ civil and roads infrastructure, etc is highly regarded
- Given the autonomous nature of this role, you're comfortable working independently
- Commercial selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Be comfortable with the use of technology and have an eye for detail
- A valid Australian driver’s license
