**About the role**:
It is a casual role for 6 months, with immediate start.
You will be supporting our Joblink Operation team, based in the head office in Hindmarsh, working Monday to Friday, full time hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely input of required information onto appropriate Maxima databases
- Setting of Post Placement Support schedules against Customer records
- Accurate and timely drafting of Departmental and Maxima Wage Subsidy Agreements
- Review of placement details to ensure minimum requirements are met as per Deed, relevant guideline, regulatory and legislative requirements
- Review of wage subsidies negotiated to ensure conformance to pre-approved amounts and to Departmental and Maxima’s terms and conditions
- Monitoring of outstanding wage subsidy agreement approvals requiring urgent action
- Monitoring to minimise overdue Ongoing Support Assessment allocations

**You will have**:

- The ability to accurately maintain quality administrative systems
- Experience in administration
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work on multiple tasks and manage deadlines and targets
