BoardOutlook was founded in 2019 on the belief that we could build software to help more boards become great boards, for the collective benefit of directors, shareholders, employees and society as a whole.

Since that time, we have worked with hundreds of boards and thousands of directors. From this work we have developed a strong conviction that every board and organisation we work with is materially better off through the use of our scalable software.

**2. About this role**:
We expect you to hit the ground quickly and deliver on meaningful objectives over the first three months. This includes:
**Collaborating with sales and marketing** on all campaigns and events (both in person and virtual)

**Generate insights** on accounts that are being targeted

**Build deep product knowledge** to effectively communicate our offering with prospective clients

**Understand sales processes and administration**

**And over your first twelve months**:
Help us to develop and execute innovative strategies to expand our market presence

Take the lead over a market segment

Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and potential growth areas

Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Meet or exceed your revenue targets

**3. About you**:
We're looking for someone with three to five years of relevant experience who wants to advance their career in strategic business development whilst delivering to top level executives and board members.

You need to have:
**A proven creative problem-solving approach** and strong analytical skills.

**Have executive level presence** with the ability to convince, present, answer questions and keep the attention of seasoned directors.

**Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills** you want to work within a high performing team, and your client service skills are top notch.

**You’re highly organised** and able to set both short-term and long-term goals, objectives and responsibilities.

**You’re able to work independently** as well as part of a high performance team.
