**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for technical assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalate complex issues to senior service desk analysts or appropriate IT staff
- Document all support requests and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation related to common support issues and resolutions
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals
- Ensure adherence to established service desk processes and procedures
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is desirable
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

**Technical Experience**:

- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Office 365 / Exchange
- Experience working with virtualized environments
- Hardware setup / configuration / rollouts
