We are excited to welcome an experienced and motivated **Service Desk Analyst **to our team. **This is a 12 month full-time role with the possibility of extension and or permanency**. You will be based in our Perth office where you will provide a mix of local, remote and on-site support to our Perth metro locations.
The role offers a diverse workload servicing staff across the portfolio, working with a multitude of technologies, ensuring that no two days are the same.
The position will act as a first point of contact for Hawaiian staff members in efficiently resolving technical issues and service requests.
The role requires an individual with a passion for technology, innovation and people, who can work well autonomously and in a team environment.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**_: _**
- 1st & 2nd Level IT Support for internal customers in person and remotely
- Support the ICT Manager to deliver projects & upgrades
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, issuing of assets, induction & training
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems & proactive incident management
- Assist with the implementation of new hardware, networking, systems.

**Required Skills and Attributes**
- 2 years’ experience providing up to Level 2 Service Desk Support.
- Microsoft Certified Professional or similar qualification preferred.
- Technical knowledge in Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, Wi-Fi networks, Network troubleshooting, Mobile Device support.
- Possess outstanding customer service & interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Common sense approach to problem solving
- Sound analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn systems, technology quickly and take ownership
- Drivers Licence
