The **Conference and Event Organizer** is responsible for planning and organizing conferences, trade shows, and other events. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives and ensure that events are executed smoothly and successfully.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their needs and objectives for events.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements.
- Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure that events are profitable.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all services are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create event schedules and timelines and ensure that all activities are executed according to plan.
- Hire and manage event staff, including contractors and volunteers.
- Ensure that all events comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
- Manage event registration and ticket sales.
- Analyze event performance and provide reports to clients and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, with a focus on conferences and trade shows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and trends.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Physical Demands: The Conference and Event Organizer may be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. They may also be required to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: The Conference and Event Organizer will work in an office environment, with occasional travel to event venues and other locations. They may be required to work long hours, especially during peak periods or when events are being executed.
