An exciting opportunity is now available for a proactive and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to grow and consolidate their career in a** **leading mid-tier Law Firm.
**About this role...**
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Business Development and working alongside partners and lawyers you'll be involved in all aspects of marketing and communications and business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- create and coordinate eDMs;
- coordinate social media, from creating to publishing
- review, edit and publish news alerts and media releases;
- administration tasks and inbox management;
- maintain firm website and intranet;
- coordinate photography, printing, advertising and corporate branded merchandise;
- review and desk-top publish marketing collateral;
- assist with internal and external communications;
- coordinate and execute client and staff events; and
- assist with reporting.

**About you...**

This role suits a **self-driven and enthusiastic **individual with a relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant marketing experience within a professional services organisation.
**In addition will also be able to demonstrate:

- **
- proficient Microsoft Office skills;
- initiative and a strong work ethic;
- exceptional verbal and communication details;
- strong attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team environment as well as independently; and
- experience with **eDM, WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud **(especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
