Marketing Coordinator - Marketing

In this exciting role you will be responsible for coordination and implementation of the marketing plan activities across the full marketing spectrum. You will perform an assortment of marketing and admin duties to deliver creative, cost effective, and timely projects and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include: Effective coordination and support of marketing campaigns, display activities and joint developer initiatives. Work with key marketing suppliers to help coordinate and support the delivery of marketing collateral including brochures, display fit outs, signage, and POS.Weekly review and brief in any updates and maintenance of the website including new campaigns, and brand unit related content and images.Brief and coordinate digital communication activities including EDMs to support new promotions, new displays, latest news/ brand content.Assisting with the production and rollout of joint developer campaigns, signage, POS and brochures across key estates, land sales offices & websites.Coordinate other projects related to the brand unit such as industry awards, Display Village events, Sales launches, promotional merchandise sourcing etc.Manage brand unit collateral stock level through the online WH portal and understand the run rate and forecast future print requirements.As part of this dynamic role, some driving is required across both Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria to review and check in on marketing activities and initiatives across Display homes, Sales offices and Land estates across Victoria.

The successful candidate will have: Tertiary marketing or business/commerce qualification.2 to 4 years’ experience within a relevant marketing role.Energetic, pro-active, autonomous and attention to detail.Sound multitasking skills, capable of leading projects to completion.A proactive approach and 'can do' attitude to all tasks undertaken; andA full driver’s licence.
