New role within a leading global facilities management company, located in North Brisbane.
**Your new company**
Your new company is large global leader within all areas of Facilities management, delivering innovative service solutions across several markets, including Defence, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Cloud Enterprise. They are looking for a Facility Coordinator, who reports to the Account Manager, to deliver and oversee the delivery of maintenance activities for the site.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be a single point of contact for delivery of all facilities management and workplace experience.
You will also:
- Maintain a functional workplace, to provide a space to collaborate and be innovative
- Ensure all work on the site are delivered safely to all standards and golden rules
- Manage coordination and engagement with support vendors and system providers
- Making sure all contractual KPI’s are met by managing the delivery of the services agreement.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience within facilities management and vendor management.
As well as:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally, and externally with stake holders.
- Desirable to have Oil and Gas or Resources sector experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
**What you'll get in return**
This is a 2 month contract, located within North Brisbane. Salary is looking for around $50-$60 per hour, with 4 day work week (approximately 6.5 hour work days).
