Facilities Coordinator Brisbane City

**Your new company**

Hays Facilities Management works with a number of key corporate clients and portfolios across Brisbane CBD, and we currently require a contract Facilities Co-ordinator for a three-month assignment in the city. This role works closely with Facilities Managers and Senior Management on a large corporate account.

**Your new role**

As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to Facilities Managers on work orders, planned maintenance and vendor management. You will also be handling building and equipment emergencies and monitoring and reporting on operational expenses and facility income. Other duties include quoting, hiring and managing vendor support and contractors, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations is a priority.

This role is full time for the duration of the contract and pays hourly. It is also an excellent opportunity to get exposure and upskill in Facilities Management processes.
