**Your new company**

You will be working for one of the world's leading commercial real estate organisations working on-site for a global technology focused organisation. They bring together solutions to help their customers solve complex questions, and they provide a range of cloud and consulting solutions.

**Your new role**

As part-time Facilities Coordinator you will assist to manage and maintain the facilities within the tenancy. This will include:

- Coordinating and oversee repairs, renovation and maintenance activities
- Supporting with budgets and cost control
- Act as the main point of contact for client relations and queries relation to facilities
- Sourcing and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Health and safety compliance - ensuring compliance with all WHS regulations, WHS inspections, hazard identification and maintaining safe work method statements and organising contractor WHS inductions
- Maintaining records and documentation in relation to facility operations
- Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability within the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a proactive facilities' coordinator who has a real interest in and some experience in WHS. You will need strong communication and customer engagement skills teamed with high organisational ability and strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain strong systems for documentation. You will be looking for a part-time opportunity.
