**Your new role**
This role as National Facilities Manager will see you reporting into the Environmental Health And Safety Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Facility Operations in Australia and New Zealand. Role involves travelling to different sites as needed (Usually a few days a month). This role includes:
- Day to Day Facilities support of different sites around ANZ incl OHS requirements
- Contractor Management
- Project Management (includes office moves/ relocations)
- Coordinating and Planning Soft Services
- Reception; Security/ Mail/ Cleaning/ Catering/ Waste management
- Financial Management - Budgeting/ Asset Management/ Arranging Quotations for Works
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a Similar Role
- Experience in management of contractors/ Finances/ Soft Services/ Projects
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder Management skills
