Working with the Facilities Management team, your duties will include:

- updating service desk tickets
- schedule proactive maintenance jobs
- liaise with contractors
- ensure invoices processed
- assist Facilities Managers as required

organisational skills

strong customer service

previous experience in facilities or assets as a coordinator or administrator
