Facilities Support, Facilities Coordinator, 3 Month contract
**Your new company**
Client is tier one property consultancy business. they are currently on site managing a large corporate tenancy on behalf of major international corporate business. As result of a 'recruitment gap' they are urgently looking to engage a junior member of the facilities team to support with the FM function.
**Your new role**
Role is relatively broad, playing a support role in managing the hard and soft services in the building tenancy. It involves good degree of customer service, akin to a concierge function to support the tenants and any subcontractors that come into the building and some administrative work to administer the various subcontractor agreements the tenancy has for cleaning security, building maintenance, etc.
The role needs very good stakeholder engagement skills
**What you'll need to succeed**
The role is working for financial services business, so probity checks, akin to a criminal history check are required in order to be successful in securing the role.
**What you'll get in return**
Client offering an initial 3 month contract role and asap start (noting probity checks can take 2-3 weeks to complete). They are offering a good hourly rate - suggest $40ph plus super. the role does have some options to extend and potential of perm with the organisation down the track
