**Client Services Coordinator | Melbourne CBD | $75,000 plus Super**
Our client is a multi award winning accounting firm who are quickly expanding due to incredible growth and success and looking for a new client services coordinator to join their vibrant team
The Client Services Coordinator is a Type A organisational genius who maintains relationships with our clients and ensures that the rest of the team is on-top of whatever they need to be on-top of. They will take direction from the accounting team to achieve the tasks accordingly.
**Administration Manager/ Human Resources Manager | Richmond | $65,000 plus Super**
This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin Manager / HR Manager to lead the administration team. In this role you will be responsible for a team of 5 administrators as well as completing all HR elements across the firm.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Administration Management**
- Liasing with ATO and other agencies
- Mail & client letters
- Partners appointment bookings
- Generate bills from Jobs out list/WIP/BAS/Management Consulting/ meetings/monthly bills
- Administration Management
- Liaising with Partners and Management
- Project management
- Liaise with contractors and contacts
- Back up for Superannuation Administrator ad hoc
- Creation of new and oversee existing procedures
- Client Management (Grants etc)
- Client database management
**Human Resources**
- Conducting preliminary interview
- Completing the onboarding and training
- Complete performance reviews
- Registration of ABN, TFN, GST, PAYG
- Back up accounts for Sally when she's away
- Event co-ordination and management (EOFY & End of Year functions)
- Running seminars & training

**Client Services Associate | Melbourne CBD | $65,000- $75,000**
