**General Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels;
Keep the office running smoothly;
Meeting coordination;
Provide administrative support to internal staff as needed;
Implement and streamline office processes to enhance efficiency.

**Experience and Attributes**:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Exceptional multitasking, organisation and prioritisation skills;
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities;
A positive and proactive attitude that contributes to a harmonious work environment;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
