A manufacturing organisation looking for a receptionist/administrator to work in the northern suburbs

**Your new company**

Hays Office Support is excited to be partnering with one of Australia's most reputable manufacturers and distributors located just north of Adelaide’s CBD.

**Your new role**

This is an administration/reception role.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and direct to the appropriate department/person.
- Welcome all visitors to Reception and assist them with signing in and advising the appropriate staff member of their arrival.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Receive daily mail and distribute it accordingly.
- Processing of SAP Purchase Requisitions / subcontract purchase orders.
- Maintain Outlook Calendar, out of office requests and boardroom meetings on site.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:

- Must have demonstrated experience working in an administration and reception role
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous administration experience working in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or retail business would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in SAP is also desirable.
