**About the company**
Our client is the world’s largest centre for research into marketing. The team of 60+ marketing scientists are advancing marketing knowledge, busting pseudo-science and marketing myths, and teaching marketers how brands grow. Through their Sponsorship Program, they are helping companies all over the world to develop and benefit from a culture of evidence-based marketing.
**About the role**
As the Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating a number of administrative aspects of the aspects of the program, including coordinating travel schedules and liaising with stakeholders to arrange appointments. This role is being offered as six-month contract with the potential for extension.
**Duties**
- Act as contact point to the clients, and the liaison between the institute’s researchers
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the program
- Manage diary entries for the Directors and key staff
- Coordinate seminars and arrange logistics
- Maintain database
**Skills & experience**
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative background with coordination experience
- Ability to follow established procedures and processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Accurate data entry
