**Your new company**

Your new company is within the building and construction industry, experiencing significant growth, driving the need for multiple Administration Assistants to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Administration Assistant is responsible for the following duties:

- Maintaining an appointment booking system for supervisors with clients/jobs
- Documentation and reporting
- General administration
- First point of contact including answering phone calls and delivering excellent customer service
- Stakeholder management including liaising with project stakeholders
- Liaising with trades on schedules and communicating with clients
- Complaints handling
- Participating in the on call roster

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Team player
- Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
