Insurance Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to manage a diverse portfolio, taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for a sales-oriented professional with strong account management experience and a proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
The successful candidate will have the ability to shape their portfolio, access technical support from specialized areas, and be provided with a solid book of clients to assist with growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Describing insurable risk to clients and designing appropriate insurance solutions
- Negotiating and managing the best deal in the global insurance market
- Managing relationships with underwriting partners and budgets
- Mentoring and coaching junior employees
- Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community
Requirements
- Sales orientated with the ability to build a long-term pipeline
- Strong account management experience
- A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- A willingness to contribute to a team environment
