Corporate Relationship Manager

At Aon, we are seeking a talented Corporate Relationship Manager to join our Aon Affinity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing insurance solutions and services to meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your Insurance Broking career and work with a diverse range of clients, including Barristers, Accountants, Architects, and Mortgage Brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including ongoing client insurance and risk needs.
- Service Delivery and Account Management: Provide excellent service delivery, account management, and account retention to ensure client satisfaction.
- Opportunity Identification and Closure: Identify and close opportunities to grow the existing client base.
- Policy Renewals: Manage end-to-end policy renewals, including negotiations with insurers and clients.
- Product Solutions: Provide relevant product solutions to clients within your authority.
- Complex Client Queries: Assist with complex client queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines.
- Financial Support: Understand client financials and provide support on debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements.
- Regulated Processes: Comply with regulated processes and systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily client administration tasks.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Targets: Work towards individual and team targets.

Requirements:
- Insurance Experience: Insurance, professional indemnity, banking, retail, or customer service experience is highly regarded.
- Complex Client Inquiries: Experience dealing with complex client inquiries is highly regarded.
- Insurance Broking Career: Interest in growing or establishing your Insurance Broking career.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
- Insurance Qualifications: Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification and/or willingness to obtain.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Performance: Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
- Software Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and any CRM.
