Key Responsibilities- Assist Senior Brokers with client insurance/risk needs, providing administration support and communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Attend client meetings, work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
