**Your role & responsibilities**
As a Junior Account Manager you'll manage a high volume of accounts, developing relationships with clients and smashing your KPIs out of the park.
- Manage the full life cycle of client's campaigns, including onboarding, growing and retaining
- Care for a portfolio of approx 500 accounts across Australia
- Handle approx 80 outbound/inbound calls a day as their dedicated point of contacted
- Provide a world class experience via exemplary customer service
- Retain and grow revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets
