**Inside Sales Account Manager**

Join this innovative global leader, providing its customers (SMB, the self-employed, bookkeepers & Accountants) with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.

**What your exciting days will look like:

- **
- 70% of the revenue base will be existing clients.
- 30% of the revenue base will be new business.
- Win the hearts and minds of advisors (accountants + bookkeepers) by establishing relationships and building rapport.
- Manage a territory within NSW of existing customers, and partner closely with them to continue to grow.
- Plan how to meet and exceed your targets through consistent activity and effective pipeline management.
- Be consistent with the daily management of your territory.
- Educate clients and prospects on the value through explanation, demonstration, and collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to delight our customers.

**What you'll bring to the team:

- **
- **Outbound phone-based sales experience**:

- Needs-based, consultative selling & active listening skills.
- A curious nature and deep customer empathy with superior relationship building.
- **Fintech experience (with an emphasis on SaaS and financial software sales).**:

- Exposure to accounting concepts and/or the accounting industry (advantageous).
