**About the role**
- We have an opportunity for a full-time permanent People & Culture Business Partner to join the Corporate division based out of our head office in North Sydney. The corporate division houses all of our head office functions to include Group Finance, ICT, Legal, IR, Risk, L&D, and People & Culture.
- Reporting to the Group Manager, Performance & Talent, you will provide P&C support and advice to Corporate managers and employees as well as assist the Group Manager to provide P&C support across UGL operating divisions.
Day to day you will lead onboarding and offboarding processes, manage payroll related queries and assist Corporate managers with P&C matters around performance, compliance and probation issues.
**The opportunity**
- Full employee lifecycle P&C/HR support and guidance to the corporate team of approximately 180 employees
- Provide assistance to the annual Performance Review Process, providing resources and tools, development of training and other supporting materials, and collation of performance data
- Provide assistance to the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning Process, including coordination of training and guidance materials for the divisional P&C management community
- Provide assistance to Employee Engagement Survey and Health Check, and associated improvement plans
- You will also work with an experienced Group Manager committed to developing your skills
**Key responsibilities**
- Provide a wide range of P&C/HR support to the corporate team regarding performance management, discipline matters, compliance, employment contracts, termination and salary administration data, payroll tickets etc\
- Generate people metric reports
- Support the UGL wide implementation of people management programs such as performance reviews, remuneration planning etc
- Contribute to and deliver on the yearly Corporate P&C Business Plan
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience handling similar P&C/HR matters
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High level of confidentiality and high attention to detail
