We are seeking a forward thinking, creative change-maker to join our team in this senior leadership position.
**About the role**:
As the General Manager Inclusive Employment Solutions, you will be instrumental in establishing and leading our inclusive employment initiatives and ensuring the success of our supported employment and integrated workforce growth program. You will be key in developing and delivering employment outcomes for people with disability and those with barriers to employment in commercial and government partner’s workplaces.
This role leads our Supported Hosted Employment (SHE) strategy which provides employees with a diverse range of opportunities to have jobs they like and, at the same time, providing tangible sustainable benefits to host employers. This role is also pivotal in delivering additional key programs such as, Supported Independent Employment (SIE), and consulting services that will ensure employers are ready and able to support and enjoy the benefits of a fully inclusive workforce.
Along with driving operational excellence and leading strategic growth initiatives this role will be a key driver in growing the number of employees that Endeavour supports with meaningful employment and creating access pathways for people with barriers to employment within our own workplaces. You will oversee a talented team and your leadership will be pivotal in cementing Endeavour’s position as the leading enabler of employment in the sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies for our SHE, SIE, and consulting programs and ensure talent acquisition programs meet business objectives and drive growth at scale and pace.
- Identify growth opportunities and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring a shared understanding of the critical link between commercial success and delivering person-centred practices.
- Develop and promote innovative strategies for quality assurance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services to employees and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust processes and systems that support our commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services and ensuring alignment of employment initiatives.
- Actively engage with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and facilitate job placements for individuals we support.
- Build and sustain impactful partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, and key stakeholders to fuel organisational growth.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve outcomes.
- Full P&L accountability for operational performance delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to inclusive employment and consulting services.
**About you**:
- ** **Experience in the disability sector highly preferred with and understanding of industry regulations, quality standards and best practices.
- Essential experience leading Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
- Experience with NDIS or employment programs desirable.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder engagement and strong problem-solving skills for systematic solution development.
- Proven leadership abilities, particularly in change management, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and managing challenges effectively.
- Financial management expertise, including budget management (including profit and loss management), project management and resource management.an advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Track record of success in multi-site operational leadership, emphasizing profitability, quality management, and customer service.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
