National Property Manager

We have an exceptional opening for a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the property market to lead our Property Management division.

Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be instrumental in boosting Delta FM property management services initially in Queensland with future expansion nationally. As the **National Property Manager, **you will enhance Delta FMs market presence to build and drive the expansion of our Property Management business, deliver strategic direction, manage the transition of new accounts, manage Client and Customer relationships, and manage the scope in accordance with the contract and legislation.

The newly formed role will be responsible for the transition and operational management of a recently awarded property management contract in regional Queensland. You will be responsible for transitioning the scope, resources, and trust account management, reporting, and creating from this the foundations in the organisation to support future growth.

**The Position**
- Managing and mentoring team members to build a successful and influential team
- Setting and implementing strategies to manage performance and monitor against the contract requirements.
- Identifying growth opportunities and targets for Property Management and plans to grow existing key client relationships
- Responsibility and accountability for overall as our nominated agent under our Corporate Real estate Licence and undertaking all duties to meet legislation.

**The Person**
- Senior leadership experience within the property industry, with a strong industry presence and in-depth knowledge.
- A demonstrated track record of managing major assets across Residential, Retail and/or Industrial sectors
- Ability to lead business development, generate leads and prospects and create unique value propositions for clients
- Exemplary people management skills and experience managing a large property management team
- with the ability to engage and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Demonstrated thought leadership with a logical and analytical mindset
- A high level of commercial acumen and financial aptitude
- You must hold a current individual real estate licence registered in Queensland under the_ Property Occupations Act 2014 _(QLD) (“**Act**”).
- You will be responsible for being in charge of Delta FM’s real estate business, including by personally supervising, managing and controlling the property management business.
- You will be responsible for ensuring each real estate salesperson is properly supervised and complies with the Act.
