Our client is an organisation that's going places This new position has been identified so as to enhance the support of its employees (about 150), assist in change & look to the future.

**What will you be doing?**

As well as dealing with the day-to-day HR requirements (including Payroll), you'll be supporting the business in the execution of strategy, the continuing development of Policy and business plans. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you'll be further supporting the business by developing leadership competence with the confidence to excel in their roles.

You'll be inherently involved in workplace planning, training & development, plus supporting leaders with business performance management.

**What background should you have?**

Along with a relevant tertiary level qualification, you'll have a practical understanding of employment & workplace legislation/regulations as well as modern HR practices, policies & trends. Your written & verbal communication skills should be well developed & influential.

**Pay?**

Our client offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation. Given the intended growth of the company, you will also have the opportunity to grow with it.
