**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Lead and deliver the lottery program’s strategic direction, focusing on both driving revenue and acquisition into loyalty programs, building unforgettable prize offerings.
- ** Creative Campaigns & Sales Growth**: Collaborate with the Lotteries Marketing Manager and the marketing and digital teams to create engaging products and campaigns that boost ticket sales across digital and traditional channels, all while ensuring our product offering is irresistible.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Harness the power of data analytics to make informed decisions that propel sales, uncover market opportunities, and elevate supporter engagement through an impressive technology stack.
- ** Team Leadership**: Inspire and mentor a passionate team and wider stakeholder group, ensuring alignment and focus on shared goals in an environment that thrives on both creativity and high performance.
- ** Financial & Vendor Management**: Own the financial results, budgets, and vendor partnerships, ensuring every draw is a success, from prize development and delivery to marketing roll-out and sales outcomes.
