**About the Role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Philanthropy Manager **to join our Head Office in Cannon Hill
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Gifts in Will and the Grants, Trusts and Foundations programs with particular focus on achieving philanthropic targets in a sustainable growth phase and leading these programs to securing significant financial support from public/private philanthropic trusts and foundations. You will work closely in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising and the Community Fundraising Manager, will ensure that these programs integrate with the donor journey and will also assist with the development and execution of the Major Gift Program.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Modelling the Endeavour Foundations values and behaviours whilst focusing
on key objectives required for the success of the role.
- Implementing operational practices including best fundraising practices and
methodologies.
- Provide leadership and oversee the Grants and Gift in Will Programs in relation to future growth of both program and fundraising best practices.
- The ability to build strategic relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders and support the Head of Fundraising in other initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with project leaders throughout the Endeavour Foundation when
available for timely submissions.

- Monitoring new and existing grant opportunities and ensuring a sustainable
and consistently high level of prospecting activity to meet financial targets.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline including Business,
Marketing, Fundraising or equivalent.
- Hold, or be willing to hold, an MFIA with the Fundraising Institute of Australia
(FIA).
- Hold a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation or willingness to achieve accreditation.
- Experience in leading, motivating, developing and managing staff members, whilst managing and overseeing working schedules of direct reports.
- Demonstrated 7+ years’ professional experience in the Not for Profit sector with a thorough understanding of the Donor journey, fundraising best practices an industry trends.
- Demonstrated 7+ years’ experience with a track record of success in Trusts and Foundations (including PAF’s), Gifts in Will and Major Gifts.
- Experience developing programmes of philanthropic giving, with a track record of delivering philanthropic incomes and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting to various stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Philanthropic Trusts & Foundations, Grant making bodies, Private Ancillary Funds and Family Trusts, Endeavour Foundation major donors and Gift in Will supporters, professional associations and suppliers to the NFP sector and the general public (including the Fundraising Institute of Australia
