We’re hiring for a **Cold Store Warehouse Logistics General Manager **, who’ll be based at our sophisticated, strategically located cold storage facility in Cannon Hill.

Leading a team of 148 people across a 24hr operation, the role will direct, plan, coordinate and execute warehouse activities ensuring inbound products from our production areas travel through VRT chiller/Freezer and manual blasting equipment adhere to food safety compliance requirements.

The role has overall responsibility for cold chain traceability, customer and country segregation compliance, dispatch and all the associated compliance checks for domestic, air freights and export containers that would be consistent with industry and company regulation.

Key projects include:

- Drive the achievement of prescribed company objectives (KPI’s) regarding costs, productivity, customer service and revenue generating opportunities.
- Setting a culture of asking questions and creating dialogue to encourage the sharing of new ideas and facilitating open discussion
- Develop/maintain operational procedures that support verifying incoming, outgoing shipments, supply chain system traceability, quality compliance and maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Via resource, training, procedures and climate, build a culture of physical and psychosocial safety
