**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing we’re looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead local area marketing teams across our disability services, employment and training portfolios under our brands Endeavour Foundation and Community Solutions.

With 4 direct reports and a total team of 12, this role will lead regional marketing teams in NSW/VIC, Queensland South and Queensland North who each have a focus on driving brand awareness, community engagement and events in their relevant areas with the lens of client attraction and growth at the heart of these activities.

A critical element of success for this role is to drive growth through collaboration and stakeholder relationship management across the organisation. Key growth areas include Endeavour Foundation core customers (NDIS), Community Solutions customers and employers, commercial customers (i.e., Australian Disability Enterprise customers) and identified referral groups.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 10+ years of marketing experience, with local area marketing experience highly desirable
- At least 3+ years marketing experience in a not-for-profit marketing setting (desirable not mandatory)
- Experience with local area partnership and sponsorship development
- Experience in developing event strategies (for lead generation & community engagement) and measuring impact & outcomes
- Experience in developing local area marketing campaigns based on specific KPIs and objectives and measuring outcomes
- Passionate about continuous improvement and always looking to iterate positive change
- Extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and media planning principles across traditional media.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics including KPI tracking, campaign reporting, analysis techniques and return on investment analysis.
- A strong collaborator focused on delivering the right outcome, regardless of product or campaign owner
- Demonstrated extensive experience in stakeholder management and engagement across all levels of front line teams and senior management
- Demonstrated strong leadership, inspiring teams and building a high-performance culture.
